Pumpkins

We went a got our pumpkins today. Same place we have gone since Dex was 2 months old.

Jumping Class

Dexter is taking a gymnastics class. He started his first day today. This kid loves to jump and roll, so tumbling it is. He calls it his jumping class. It took him 45 minutes to smile and at the end he finished with his oh-yeah dance.

Yesterday Jarom gave Dexter a head and wrist band for his 1st day. He wouldn't leave without them on.

Dexter and Curtis rode a go-kart. Dexter looked terrified. After his ride he told me he was scared, but it was fun.

Fall

Every year we try to see the Fall leaves and every year we miss it and come to dead trees. This year we finally made it while it still was sight to see.

Tower

Dexter has been obsessed with his blocks and is always building a tower.

Happy Birthday Dex Man!

Dexter had his 3rd birthday. He keeps saying he is big now. Quite the birthday weekend he had. We had a noodle-cupcake party. Of course with the Lightning McQueen and Cars everywhere. CARs, CARS, CARS was the choice on his wish list. Dexter is the funniest boy, lots of charachter and personality. We love him!

Making Cupcakes

Dexter loves cooking. We made over 60 cupcakes for his birthday. Quite the night. Thanks Dave for helping until midnight.

Trains

We stopped at Ogden's train station.

HAFB

Dexter's birthday began as a weekend ful of activities. 1st we went to Kangaroo zoo and than we went to the HAFB airplane museum.

Picnic

We did a picnic up Unitah mountains. It was freezing. We stopped at Provo Falls.

Camping..............Kind of

Every year we say we will go camping a lot each summer. Than it is the end of the summer and we have to cram in at least one camping trip. This year we did our one camping trip. Except we did everything but sleep over.

Potty Trained

Dexter mastered the art of potty training. It only took him 5 days of staring at his cars charachters. Jarom one day said he was going to go and get Mater. Dexter was determined to not let Jarom get his Mater. That day Dexter said Mom I try. So he went pee and got his Mater. Than he went 3 more times in a row to get Doc and Chick Hick. After those we bought 2 more cars and said when he goes #2, he can get them. That one took a lot more determination. Dexter has been dry and diaper free since Mater. I hate to admit but potty training was so easy for us. I guess we just bribed our child way too much. But it worked.
