GM Conference-Amelia Island, Ritz Carlton

I don't know how to put this experience into words, it has surpassed last years conference. 

CPK in the past two years has been the hardest of my life,

but by far the most rewarding and successful. 

Who knew our little store in this big CPK world

could put up some serious numbers, recognition and hold its own.

 Last year we won for Trendsetter in Hospitality,

 this year we were nominated again for the same category. 

We are going for the repeat. 

 The most ridiculous dinner at Fort Clinch host by the Ritz.  Amazing!

because he gets to go on this crazy daily CPK ride. 

 Taking a River boat tour of the Island

 CPK is the most giving inspirational place to work for.  They donated over $500,000 dollars to the community to 12 different locations across the island.  We sent 600 of our employees and sponsors into the community for the day.  Boys and Girls club, Women centers, setting up scholarships, halfway homes, etc.  It was out of control inspiring and nothing I have ever seen.

 After 3 days of motivational speakers, service and being pampered,
we ended with the awards dinner on the final night.

 The ladies of the region, the sparklier lady was nominated for GM of the year

 I won my category AGAIN!  I had to give a speech in front of 600 people. 

Repeat winner, truly proud of this

 My bling, the gold Palm Award, Mac book Air, $2000.00 dollars

(each GM was given a mini I-pad at hotel check in.
 3 weeks ago my managers and me had each won a mini I-pad
for having the highest increased sales in the company for Valentines day) 

 My old RD Doug, he is so proud of me and loves me. 
He is a great guy and doesn't get much sun even though he lives in CA

For my birthday a couple months ago, the kids planned my week.  We went to the Aquarium.  They loved it, Phoebe was so impressed and excited about it.
