Little Gymnast

Dexter had a gymnastics recital/show.
We changed gymnastic places he used to go to and he has gotten so good.
The kids stomach is rock solid. At his event they yanked him out of his preschool class and stuck him with the boys gymnastic group because they only had one boy.
Dexter is used to soft low to the ground equipment, he had to man up and go for it.
They showed him what to do and he jumped right up there and went for it.
It was amazing.
Dexter getting his certificate
Dexter doing some tricks, he couldn't quite figure this one out,
but pretty good for never doing it
Dexter on the uneven bars, a bit bigger than he is used to
Dexter up on the rings, which he has never touched in his life, especially that high.
He did so good
Getting ready
Dexter looking up at what he is about to do.
I wonder what he was thinking at that moment. Brave kid
Dexter stretching getting ready.
The mats right there is what he was used to
and would have done if they didn't steal him away. So stinkin proud.

Grandpa Golf

This was one of my most favorite fun times with Craigy and Lorraine.
When Curtis works nights, we usually end up with the Lybberts.
We took the kids and went to Heber for a famers market and dairy keen ice cream.
In Dexter's kids meal he got a golf set. We went back to Craigy's to hang out.
Dexter and Craigy played golf for 2 hours straight.
They were trash talking the whole time,
it was so competetive and we could not stop laughing.
Craigy and Dexter were so tired when they were done. The cutest funnest thing.

Eclairs

Dexter and me were talking and he mentioned he wanted to make eclairs.
Just what every 4 year old wants to make. So we went to store, got a recipe and made eclairs. Next on his list is tomato soup and spice cake. His first meal he made was lemon shrimp and his first real dessert that was not out of a box was eclairs.
Amazing kid!

The idea to make eclairs came from his leap frog game Ratatoulle. Anyone can cook is the saying, he said anyone can except Daddy. I asked him who was the better cook, me or daddy. His response was him and mommy. Which is correct and the eclairs were so good.

Wagon and Jerm

Craig and Lorraine's backyard is amazing and so fun.
Dexter and Lucy love being pulled in this wagon every time.

Jarom is the best uncle.
We love him and he is so good with our kiddos, especially Lucy.

Sisters

Lucy being her funny self

Lucy and Phoebe, these two are going to be so close.
Lucy gets so excited around Phoebe, I think Phoebe is scared of Lucy thus far.
But when they are one and two years old, its going to be so much crazier around here.

Jumping Jacks

We took the kiddos to Jumping Jacks. This was Lucy's first attempt at it. For her, as crazy as she is, was super cautious.

Laughing Party

We had Phoebe's laughing party. The little stinker laughed at 11 weeks. That is a first milestone in Navajo Tradition. Whoever makes them laugh gets to throw them a party.
Curtis and Dexter got her to laugh, but somehow I got stuck with all the planning.
Phoebe's hang time
You can't have a laughing party without a good laugh.
Our chair busted straight from under Carl.
Lucy with her great attention span, throw her in the pool to occupy her.

Phoebe picture table
Lucy, every picture I get of her in a dress, it is always wet. I don't get it.

First Laugh

She did it, Phoebe had her first laugh at 11 weeks old. She beat both the other 2 kiddos. She must be one happy child. Dexter and Curtis got her laughing, so techincally they were supposed to do all the party planning. We had a party in her honor for her Navajo Tradition. She is a cute, smiley baby.
